Her work is displayed around the 190-acre landscape making it a living, breathing work of art.

Come join Kara Duval for this impeccably curated 3 night retreat in the stunning White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our summer long weekend will include your favorite Range practices, mountain hiking, swimming, and martini sipping. Kara will lead daily offerings of her signature classes, The Origin and The Foundation, as well as restorative sessions and group discussions. Local guides, Red Line Guiding, will lead a half day excursion into the mountains. Local chef, Kate Foley, of the Cold Mountain Cafe and the Bitchin’ Kitchen Food Truck, will serve scrumptious cuisine**. Local retreat producers, SolSeed Retreats, will concierge the weekend.

This intimate experience will be hosted at the historic Horse & Hound Inn of Franconia, New Hampshire. Tucked under the peaks of the Franconia Mountain Range, this 12-bedroom inn is the perfect setting for a weekend getaway, and will be completely private to our group. New friendships will be formed, lasting memories will be made, and we will come together as a community.

The itinerary has been carefully crafted to offer time for Range practices, nature exploration, meals together, and space to enjoy the local surroundings according to what brings you joy: more hiking, exploring the local towns of Woodstock, Lincoln, and Littleton, or perhaps visiting one of the area's many other attractions. A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot on this retreat. The balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Cancellation Policy and Travel Insurance

All participants must place a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold their spot on the retreat. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:

1. The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.

2. The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.

If SolSeed must postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less $200.

Travel Insurance is a savvy way to protect your investment in this retreat and we highly recommend purchasing it. SolSeed does not sell travel insurance. We personally like using our AAA representative for travel insurance, and have also has a positive experience with Trawick International. We've also been satisfied with the online marketplace www.insuremytrip.com which will display a range of policy options for you. Most policies will cover a large portion, if not all, expenses incurred if you cannot attend the trip for reasons such as: sickness, unexpected work commitments, or other emergencies. SolSeed strongly recommends speaking with an insurance agent to ensure your insurance needs are met, and that your questions are answered, prior to purchasing travel insurance. Budget roughly $50 - $100 for travel insurance for this retreat.
