These are some of my favorite classes and restorative work that truly give you the permission to live softly.
Duval Family Tortellini Pasta Salad
Here's two things about the Duval family eating habits:
If it includes tortellini, it's a yes.
If it's overly complicated or intricate, we are out.
This pasta salad is so unbelievably easy to make and you can absolutely customize it however you'd like. It's comforting and filling and pairs so well with grilled salmon, grilled chicken or whatever else you'd like.

Interior Designer Abby Landers of A.L Design
This highlight is a personal one as Abby Landers has helped me tremendously with interior design!
I was extremely daunted by the task of furnishing a home because I wanted to do so in a responsible, sustainable way. Let’s face it, there is an overwhelming amount of options online and in store and as a first time home owner, I felt I needed a little direction.
Abby has been unbelievably helpful in helping me source vintage pieces, selecting tile and deciding on paint colors for our home. If you’re looking for some help with your own home, I cannot recommend her enough.
Banana Peanut Butter Oat Bars
After not having a sweet tooth for the majority of her life, my sister Krista developed sweet cravings during her third trimester. A few days ago, she texted me that she had a treat for me and I swear I have never gotten in a car faster. I have always had a sweet tooth.

Molly Friedman of Sandpiper Bakery
Kitchens are fast, hot, chaotic, organized, loud, and then it just all comes together. I love it. One of my part time jobs was baking at Sandpiper before I was a partner. Susanne and I just clicked, she saw that I brought something to the business, offered me partnership and here we are today.
