Philosophy

We must connect to our roots in order to grow. We must learn to find our breath first, and our movement second.

My teaching is about creating an inclusive and accessible environment where we take the time, build the curiosity, to learn about our own bodies function and patterns. It’s never been about making you fall in love with Pilates. My mission is to help you build sustainable strength and awareness within your body so that you can continue doing what you truly love. Each one of us has a history that the body shares that is entirely unique to you. Utilizing a science backed approach, welcoming language, imagination and a sprinkle of sense of humor, we begin to discover that nothing is ever random within the body and when the body works harmoniously, we human better.
